I am a big fish lover and love to eat Salmon, specifically. I've heard all of the hoopla about fish and mercury content and now the issues regarding farm raised versus "wild" salmon. While I know that fish is generally good for you, I would like to be careful and understand the dangers while pregnant. Does anyone have more insight to this farm raisd vs. non-farm raised Salmon? Specifically, which fish are not deemed safe? I am also a tuna lover but pretty skeptical right now about eating that as well. Are there any other mercury sources of food or products to avoid while pregnant? Thank for your help in advance.
