spotting

Hi everyone,
I've been away from the forum for awhile, but need help. I just went off the pill and am in day 20 of my cycle. I had some spotting on Tuesday, brown blood and a SMALL amount. Nothing since then. What is the possiblity that I am pregnant and am having implantation bleeding? (we had relations on day 15 and my cycles are about 33-35 days) I think it's way too soon for that. What else could it be? I did call my gyn and the nurse had no clue. She even suggested I do a prego test now! There is NO way I would get an accurate reading this early. I'm concerned because my placenta ruptured prematurely with my first pregnancy, so any random bleeding makes me nervous.
