If you want to keep it simple, check out "the key to health and rejuvenation" by Andreas Moritz (who also has his own curezone forum). The book has all the info you need without the need for endless amounts of supps. I had candida and cured it in far less than a year basically by following guidelines similar to those in the book. Wish I would have found that book years ago.
