I have heard all good things about coconut oil on these forums but have never tried it because I am a sworn believer in the " Blood Type Diet " and as a type O cocoanut is on my "Avoid" list. I know that when I eat cocoanut milk, such as in a curry dish, I am allergic to it--it makes me sneeze, just like dairy. Anyone know if the raw oil is any different than the milk/fruit? Any type Os have success with cocoanut oil?
