Good idea. I'll just tell them that I have a lot of food allergies so I don't have to go into the whole scenario and get that "you are so weird" look. How simple!!!! I did give my best friend a brochure on candida so she would better understand but she is the one that told me a trip to Florida would make me forget all about it. Oh well. She is usually very understanding but she is in love so she is a little preoccupied right now. I have started to notice that I am avoiding going to people's houses to eat because I don't want to inconvenience them and I feel like a dork bringing my own food. I'm sure I will also adopt the "tough sh*t attitude" soon in able to survive. I am pretty close now as you can see from my first post. But right now I am a rookie to the program so I am going through a lot of growing pains. I do also agree with your philosophy that people do not want to believe in candida because they would have to adjust their diets. I don't blame them. If I could avoid it, I would, too.
