Beware of Absentmindedness
Good question,
In my opinion there are 2 different things at stake here.
Brain fog : leaky gut
Absentmindedness: heavy metal toxicity
Elio, you had mercury in your hair analysis, right?
Anyhow, I treat brain fog with enemas, carrot juice, salt and garlic flush.
I treat Absent Mindedness with lecithin and good oil (flax seed, olive).
Heavy metals attack your nervous system. And these are nutrients that prevent the nerve cells' (brain & nervous system) oxidation.
Furthermore, I've found a site, ages ago (I forgot where) and it said that these nutrients are good for these respective metals:
Nutrients Known to be Protective Against Heavy Metal Toxicity:
Aluminum: magnesium
Arsenic: Amino acids (containing sulfur), calcium, iodine, selenium, vitamin C, zinc.
Cadmium: Amino acids (containing sulfur), calcium, vitamin C, zinc.
Lead: Amino acids (containing sulfur), calcium, iron, vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc.
Mercury: Amino acids (containing sulfur), pectin (alginate), selenium, vitamin C.
By the way,
I just received this new amino acid Garcia recommended: GLutathione Precursor and I am very excited about its promise (see Garcia's psot below).
Futhermore for Mercury, you need pectin. you will find pectin in apples so a lot of juice and one apple a day.
Mercury is related to the MADHATTERS, in the long run it affects your brain and nervous system to the point where you become psychotic.
Hence absentmindedness, you should mind about. WELL I DO.
