Re: Question: Is it normal to have lower back pain after a flush???

Hi Kreeson,

Congratulations on your first flush!

So I've been thinking about your lower back pain. I am wondering if there is some chance the Liver Flush overloaded your kidneys. If your kidneys are not funcitoning optimally then this can happen and it is in this case that a kidney flush is recommended before doing a liver flush. You may want to consider doing this. Although the kidneys are located higher than we think they are on the back, which leads me to believe that...

A Bowel Cleanse could help. You may have some impaction there and a Bowel Cleanse is a way to get all that stuff moving and flushed out. This can and does cause tremendous hip and back pain sometimes, I speak from expereince.

Thirdly, it could be just all the trauma of your liver and gallbladder telling you that it wants to be flushed again really soon.

Hope that helps - and congrats again!
