Re: Question: Is it normal to have lower back pain after a flush???

Thanks for advice

I drank alot of water today, ate some fresh fruit, drank two lemonaides and feel a little better. I am glad I read alot of posts about the kidneys and the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) before I did it. I woke up this morning with what looked like water balloons under my eyes and my fingers looked like tiny sausages. If I had not read on here that the possibilities of this happening, I would have freaked out!!

By noon all that was gone and bladder was back to emptying regular. The pain in my back is more tolerable today and hopefully by tomorrow a thing of the past.

I thought I was going to be smart and put the Epsom Salts in gelatin caps so that I would not have to taste it, I did this before I went to bed. My theory is that the capsules did not melt away until after the liquid I had consumed was gone so when the Epsom Salts entered my kidneys, this dehydrated me so that when I woke up I was in severe pain. I won't be using that trick again, this pain was so severe and I almost went to the emergency room.

If not for this forum and the great support and advice, I don't know how I would have coped with all of this.

Thanks again!!!
