Yes it was alot of capsules and took me a long time to fill them lol.... but I regretted it the next morning.

My kidneys hurt so bad I almost had to go to the emergency room. I came to the forum instead and got great advice and today I am feeling back to normal!!

What I think happened was the liquid I used to swallow the capsules with was long gone by the time the capsules disolved, so the epsoms went straight to the kidneys and dehydrated myself!! I was in such pain, worse than having my babies!! AFter drinking a gallon of water, doing a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and drinking lemonaide and other fruit juices, I was bloated big time but today everything is back to normal and I feel fine.

Just going to have to find a way to get those Epsom Salts down lol Tweet
