Wouldn't hurt to do a kidney cleanse, but don't push your body by trying to do everything at once. Increase your water input to one half your body pound weight in ounces of water. 150lb person needs at Least 75oz of clean pure filtered water daily. This will help the kidneys while you're cleansing the rest of your system, too.

Colon cleansing is a long term process. You can stop taking the B&P shakes the day before a liver cleanse, then start again the day After you finish the cleanse (ex. no P&B on Friday, Liver Flush on Saturday, rest on Sunday, start B&P's on Monday (or whatever days you choose).)

Probioitcs *during* a Colon Cleanse aren't as effective as afterwards. You *can*, but the B&P shakes are "pushing" everything out and probiotics can get expensive pushing them through like that. Best effects from probiotics is after finishing a colon cleanse. During colon cleansing, you can take dietary enzymes to help your digestive track as you take them with food (and they tend to be less expensive.)

Colon cleanse at least until you're going having regular well formed bowel movements 2 or even 3 times a day and hopefully after you no longer see any black or tarry or ropey looking bowel movements. After you finish, then start taking the probiotics to help rebuild all the good flora your system needs.

Another good cleanse is to take 3 days and eat nothing else, NOTHING ELSE, but apples and drink water or organic fresh pressed apple juice. It sounds simple, but it is a powerful kickstart cleanse and really releases a lot of toxins. Again, personally, I'd stop the P&B's during the 3 days, or even plan on an 'apple fast' after I finished a colon cleanse.

Then to help round things off, you can do a kidney cleanse. Kidney cleanses can be done during the Colon Cleanse (again, stop the P&B shakes) but there is such a thing as pushing too hard and too fast. Best to give your body a chance to adjust to all the changes if possible.

Most importantly, don't forget your diet. Become a label reader. Stop taking in chemicals and over processed 'dead' gunk and start replacing with whole natural foods. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, etc. Many forums here address diet, so have fun reading up on what suits you best.
