The ”incurable” pancreatic cancer disappeared!

I am on birth control and have been for 2 months now. I want to take Saint John's Wart for mood swings. My doctor wants to prescribe Prozac but I don't want any of the dangerous side effects. Will Saint John's Wart have any negative effect on the pill? I don't want to get pregnant but I also don't want to be a ball of nerves.
