My question is regarding making the Lobelia tincture. I notice Schultze recipes use the lobelia seeds and pods rather than the leaves. Are the seeds and pods more potent than the leaves? I made a strong tea with the leaves once and it seemed potent enough to me as I became quite naseous. Only a dose of Bentonite clay kept me from vomiting. But I felt incredibly relaxed after twenty minutes or so.I recently made a tincture with the leaves and I have only just begun experimenting. So far it doesn't seem as potent as the tea was. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
