When I first began using superfood, I felt an immediate increase in my energy level. I've been using it about four or five months now and I notice my energy level returning to a more lethargic state (though not as bad as before) I take several different tinctures based on Shultze formulas that I make myself and I now make my own superfood. I have also done colon cleanses, liver and kidney cleanses. I am currently nearly completely off of my anti-depressents (Effexor XL - Slow release) as I have been "weaning" myself off over the past five to six weeks. Though I feel better overall than before, I am really not wanting to go back to my super-fatigued state I was in before and don't want to lose my progress. Any advice I could get would be wonderful!
