I actually usually take two servings of superfood - morning and evening - I am planning on adding more chlorella and spirulina in capsule form since I don't care for the taste in my superfood. I bought a capsule machine today to save money. I will look into the amino acid idea - sounds interesting. I could definitely get into the weightlifting - before I would be so fatigued afterward that I think I was more fatigued from it than benefitted from it. But maybe with the Superfood, I will now have the "building blocks" so that it will actually make a difference. I am also going to make a heavy mineral detox formula in the image of Dr. Christopher - Bugleweed, Chlorella, yellow dock - as I don't have the money to get all my dental amalgm replaced right now.
