I'm planning to do the liver/gallbladder cleanse very soon and I have a question about the potassium broth recipe. I understand the equal parts at 25% but my question is how much to use of a specific veggie. For example how many potatoes should I use peelings from? 5, 10, a whole bag??? I understand I'd be making a 2 day batch. If someone could give me a breakdown of exactly how much they use of each veggie I'd greatly appreciate it. Also as far as carrot peelings, is only the outer peeling used and the rest of carrot discarded?? Love the forum and would greatly appreciate any responses. Thanks in advance.
