Now you also have to address what you drink and eat. Drink pure water daily. Eat only pure oils like olive, coconut, walnut, flax seed oil, and good oils that nourish you and your baby. There are links here regarding diet and oils.
Certainly eliminate processed foods and hydroganated oils from your diet.
