Its not a specific combo but I try to juice at least 8 oranges a day, and then I'll juice some green juices- I put anything green in them: Cucumber, parsely, cilantro, arugala, kale, spinach, asparagus, anything I can find in my fridge, I juice it!! Along with eating when I feel hungry. I try to have juice every 3 hours or so.
A DO is a doctor of osteopathy. I made an assumption that you lived in the US. If you do, look up a D.O. in your area- if you live outside the US im not familiar with the kind of medical system you have, but Im sure an ND is the same thing as a D.O. :) Good Luck---- Vitamin C, Vitamin B-5, and lots of fresh juices!!! Do this while you are waiting to see the doctor and you will more than likely see improvement before you even go in!!!!!
