People with AF are adviced to avoid gluten, sugar, dairy products (lactose) and stimulatants like caffiene. however I would strongly advice not to based your diet on other peoples food intolerances . Ask your ND to do a food intolerance test.
I discovered that the cause of my internal turmoil/anxiety was due to mixing cane/beet Sugar with fruits. Now, if I can eat both as long as they are 6 hours appart. I also discovered that eggs give me brain fog, but nowhere did I find that in any AF references. Diet is very personal. You can make yourself worse by eating someone elses diet.
