im like a crack head throughout the night. not only cant i sleep but I feel like hell on wheels. i dont feel right. its not a healthy feeling thats for sure.
fyi i tried not to eat protein a few hrs before bed. but its the one thing that helps my Sugar not to plummet in my sleep. i have to eat right before bed and its gotta be something solid.
