Hi and thanks so much for the info, anyway I actually I had heard someone else mention that Grapefruit-Seed-Extract can kill the good bacteria and I bet its true since its so potent, BUt I have also read posts on curezone recommending people use it internally, but I am not going to take any chances on digesting it.

I am basically just using it as a mouthwash and as a vaginal douche, I have H-pylori so I definatley would not want it to mess up my stomach anymore that it is already messed up., BUt I am glad it was mentioned but Hopefully most people are just using the Grapefruit-Seed-Extract mouthwash, Thanks guys
