I think it's rather healthy to sweat, but you lack of sweat doesn't necessarily indicate a bad condition... I'm in fairly good shape, and it takes about 20-30 minutes into a strenuous workout before I even break a bead... But I would have to ask you other questions... How's your circulation? Do you workout often? Do you cleanse your bowels? Do you do liver flushes? Do you drink enough WATER???? If you aren't sufficiently hydrated, how could you expect to sweat properly?

Try a steam room for twenty minutes a day every other day..... It works every time.. not to mention it cleans out y our lymphs nicely... You'll quickly sweat, and you'll also quickly learn whether you are sufficient;y hydrated...
