Think of a little child watching a monkey who is trying to get a grape out of a bottle, without letting go of it. His paw is too big for the mouth of the bottle. The monkey, with his paw stuck in the bottle, rolls over and over. The child rolls over and over, too, as though it is a game.

Could you manage a little giggle? Maybe a great big laugh?

If you can laugh, you are getting a little bit better.
