The fact that you had that much difficulty eliminating suggests that you are quite dehydrated...anytime you see hard, compact stools or pellets that require straining to expel...it's an indication that too much water has been absorbed from the fecal material...meaning that your body is trying to get water any way it can. Make sure that...before you start on any colon cleansing program...you get yourself well hydrated. You need to drink a minimum of half your body weight in ounces of WATER every day! This is in addition to other liquids that you are consuming...and if you drink coffee, alcohol, soda, eat a lot of chocolate, work out a lot, take saunas, spend a lot of time in the sun, fly frequently, etc...you need to drink even more water to compensate for the fluids that you are losing.
I would suggest that you look into getting a series of colonics...these will clear out any loosened waste in your colon and help to rehydrate the bowel...and also greatly assist any colon cleansing program.
