plugged up

I'm being serious too, i feel so plugged up that i'm wondering if my colon is alive at all. i'm taking this triple action formula (got from the health food store awhile ago)

it has psyhillium husk(sp off i know) in it, and like 16 other herbs like (black walnut, hibicus flowers etc)

been on if for 3 days and my bms have been merely pebbles (like 2 or 3) thats when i do pass something...

i'm going crazy with this constipation, i massage my colon, i drink hot (warm) water in the morning, i drink my body weight plus in water...i eat good food...
this is getting ridiculous...
