I used magnesium citrate for my last two flushes. The first time, it worked great. The second flush (last night, actually) seems to not be producing any stones, but I don't know if that has to do with the magnesium citrate or not... I find it MUCH less harsh than the Epsom Salts . I've never had that awful feeling like my intestines themselves are going to come out, like I got with Epsom Salts .
I took two doses of 400 mg each instead of each dose of Epsom Salts . Then, upon waking, I do a saltwater flush (2 tsp Sea Salt in 2 cups water). Worked fine last time...
