If you are so interested in cleansing, I am quite surprised that you would drink milk. Dairy products are some of the MOST mucoid-forming, acidifying, toxifying foods out there! It's self-defeating. Not that we all eat perfectly, but I think it's important to avoid dairy products, at least in regular and/or large amounts. The occasional splurge is different.

It's not just skim/fat... it's actually the dairy calcium that leaches calcium from your bones!

And the dairy fat (especially if it's homogenized) is well-associated with heart disease:

That's just for consideration - keep up the good cleansing work!
