If I was in such a state, I would want my husband to find love.
If my husband had a mistress, he is still my husband until we are parted by legal means or death.
Nor does that arugment in any way interupt the fact a marriage is a marriage is a marriage, and the state should not be in the business of deciding if my marriage is a marriage. They can regulate the concept of marriage, they can tax, they can use it for defining legal custody and all matters OF THE STATE. But my marriage I enter into of my own violition. The state has no say but to grant me a legal certificate. Nor should they be able to intercede in my marriage, snipping at the very fundament of it.
