alcohol cravings

I just started a parasite cleanse 3 days ago. So far no visible critters, but some very satisfying bowel movements - always good.

However yesterday I noticed for the first time in a very long time that I had absolutely NO craving for alcohol. I am a fairly regular drinker of wine and beer. But for some reason last night it just did NOT appeal to me at all. I consider this a good thing, but I am curious.

Any ideas about this? Just a coincidence? Anyone else experience this?
