Yoga consists of 8 limbs It is more than physical fitness, it is way of life. And as every lifestyle it takes various forms and shapes. If you look carefully – it is hard to say which is which.
I start from placing body in volume of space and learning symmetry of asana, balance and harmony and get good feeling of all. The slowly build up from there, clearing all nadis and mind in preparation for pranayama, and so on.
Is it really important for me to define level for my self? I’d rather say it is important to stay on the path. And practice it self can take any shape, while one keeps going.
As for Karma Yoga – I cannot afford total dedication to god and service for time being, but you never know…
