Re: spinal fusion

Hi MIke!

Ayurveda considers the body as comprising of three important constituents i.e. ''Vata'', ''Pitta'' and ''Kafa'' which can be equated to their nearest English terms as''Air'' ''Bile / Acidity'' and ''Phlegm''. Any imbalance in them is considered as a causative factor for a particular disease. The different seasons of the year contribute to either their balance or imbalance in them.

Also body goes through every phase(4hrs) twice every 24 hour. The time is local time.
6-10am kafa
10am-2pm pitta
2pm-6pm vata
6-10pm kafa
10pm-2am pitta
2-6am vata

get up before 6am, 5 is optimal and you will be active all day, 10am-2pm is the time frame for the biggest meal. 2pm-6pm time for intencive exercises, 9-10pm time to go to bed.

This simple biorithmical knowledge will help you on your way.

Also I have developed back problems complex and successfully treated victims of gims and lifestyle.

I have some more to say, however you should contact me with a bit more details.

So, drop me a line or two on my e-mail:

Om Namah Shivaya
