Good for you! Yoga is terrific and can change your life.
You say you're not sure what you thought of the class. How did it make you feel? That's the important part. Try not to have any expectation for the class and see what transpires.
Yoga is actually not a form of exercise, but a deeply spiritual practice. Ashtanga yoga is a way of practicing yoga (mainly here in the west). It is quite an athletic approach and usually does not focus on meditation, breathing or relaxation which are all very important aspects of a yoga practice. If you are interested in these other aspects you may try to take a more classical hatha practice. However, if you decide that the class makes you "feel" good, carry on!
A yoga practice will assist with the removal of toxins from the body (which is what is causing your acne). However to do the job properly you should consider bowel and
Liver Cleansing as well. You can get all the information you need on this site, and support from other people doing the same.
