To correct the problem you will have to find out primarily cause for it.
It may be the habit of watching TV in soft chair. It may be your job - sitting in front of the computer and then twisting to your side to deal with customers and so on.
It is very naive to think that holding asana for 1,2,5,10 minutes will correct the problem. The asana is only stimulation for a change. The prime cause must be fixed and then it will be some time, a year, 2, 5.
So do something else. Watch TV sitting on the floor. Crossed legs, half lotus, virasana - all is easy enough. Align your spine when sitting, press your lover back forward and puff up your rib cage a little and try to find comfortable positioning. Long relaxations after asanas practice with shoulder blades flat and additional support for lover back (also good when you come back from work). Change your working environment, move your desk, computer, chair. Be CREATIVE!
