I take flaxseed oil every day to help my hair and skin. Is there any harm in continuing this practice? If not, what time of day should I take it? Think there'd be any harm in taking it with the lemonade, or should I try to take it with water? Maybe with the salt? I don't know. I DO know that if I take the flaxseed oil on an empty stomach it gives me horrible nausea. I only had to make that mistake once.
I also take a B12 supplement. Should I stop that for the fast? Again, being a raw vegan, I have more concerns about supplements and the like than perhaps some of the meat eaters do.
