Thanks a bunch Ocean- so far I have lived through this one! Although this time I was extrememly nauseated, and even threw up after the 6 a.m. ES. But I managed to hold onto the 8:00 dose. I was surprised to find OO (Olive-Oil) still in my stomach after 8 hours. I am a little sore. I prayed about it and have felt led to do a coffee enema while the ducts are still open. I have gotten much more out than the last one. It's odd, but the green liver stones always come out first then the gallbladder stones. Nothing really of any size, but I was able to show my hubby some liver stones . He was appropriately horrified... I am passing alot of chaff, but it's much larger and coagulated than last flush- not as crystalized. I have been on a veggie/fruit/juice fast since Mon. and I think that is what works best for me.
