After my 4th flush, I had terrible allergies that lasted for several weeks. I couldn't figure it out. Some folks on this site thought I had just stirred up a lot of toxins.

I sneezed multiple times per day (10-20), and I hardly ever do that, even during allergy season.

I saw a t.v. program that suggested allergies are related to a decrease in hydrochloric acid. I thought maybe I had run mine out with the flush. I also remembered that somebody said something about having to have salt to make hydrochloric acid and being sure to drink water a litte before eating to make it as well. I started sucking on the small rock Sea Salt on a regular basis and taking probiotics, and eventually the allergic responses subsided. Prior to that I was sneezing at everything.

My 5th flush did not produce that same response.
