Potassium def.

Whoo, I have always suspected that I do not react well to ES, and this last flush proved it for me. I wound up really mineral def. and if the Lord had not finally gotten through my almost totally fogged brain that I needed to take potassuim, I would have been in the hospital today. I was really glad to read those threads on mag. oxide- so now I can continue to flush without the fear of having a stroke. My resting pulse was 98, my Blood pressure had gone up I was :naueseated constantly, totally dehydrated, couldn't think straight, weak,couldn't sleep, chills with itermittant fever& sweats.. One night (this lasted 4 days!)I woke up with my heart pounding so bad that I thought that it was going to burst. I am doing better now, but still have residual weakness in lower legs.
