i agree with ocean. my first cleanse i got a stone stuck. it was uncomfortable but it did not hurt me or cause me to run to the hospital. some one told me to use phosfood by standard process. 15 drops 3 times a day for 3 days before flusheing . it work. it disolve and shrunk my stone so they were easy to pass. i have done 11 flushes.

something to remember everyone has to make a living somehow. i go to natapathes myself. i have notice that some of them hold back or give just enough information to keep you coming. so just keep looking and be very observate. you will find a good one it just takes time.
