Hello
Why did you take Epsom Salts at 4:30?
I have done the flush following this protocol:
E/S: 6:pm and 8: p.m
OO/Gf: 10:00
go to bed
Morning: first thing in the morning: E/S
two hours later: last doses of E/S.

Andreas Moritz says we need to follow the protocol to the letter.

He explains why the hours are important.
