There is enough bile in your gall blader for weekly flushes, donæt worry. It refills all the time.

Another thing is that two weeks (I consider this break best) will let the stones to move towards the exit, so it will make it easier to flush them away during your next flush.

Your body too needs a little break, it is a big good stress for it.

To do next flush immediately after another is recommended if person start feeling bad after the flush (allerigies getting worse etc.). There are several reasons to that.

I can't help you with sediments and slush issue, cause I never experienced any.
