Once every 2 weeks, or once a month or twice a year does not constitute regular use! Occasional use is what liver flushers do. But....studies that you have obviously not read indicate that our bodies do, indeed, need magnesium sulphate.....I know people who take 1tsp or less every day...

Do you trust what it says on the side of coke cans? Pharmaceutical drugs? The poisonous ingredients on the side of most chip bags? All that stuff that is making us sick in our grocery stores and druggist shelves? All of that stuff is fine because the powers that be allow it on our shelves? The food that is available and that most people eat every single day is FAR WORSE for us that the 'occasional' use of Epsom Salts in liver flushes.
