Frequency of flushes during pregnancy... I don't even know what to say. According to what I felt, it is good to do it in the beginning (before all that morning sickness starts) and somewhere between 4-6th months (it is time when you feel good again).
During first three month of pregnancy your body dumps a lot of toxines (causing the sickness), because they are not good for your baby and that often results in more load on your liver. My sickness did not bother me too much, the best remedy was a little bit of dry bread to chew whenever you feel this sickness.
I think you should listen to your body, maybe it does not need clensing, who knows. I needed my last two flushes (in 1st and 5th month of my pregnancy)badly, so I did it and it was sucessful.
I would reduce amount of Epsom Salts (just in case) to one coffee spoon and maybe skip your 8 o'clock epsom drink. It works well enough for me.
I have never done CO Q-10 treatment, so I can't tell you anything about it.
