Re: FLUSH PAIN

I did my first flush last weekend. It was successful. There was no pain whatsoever, except maybe for wiping my arse too much. I also did not get any nausea, fever, cramps, etc.. There was just a lot of rumbling, churning and gurgling going on inside my torso. While strange, it wasn't uncomfortable.

The worst for me was the Epsoms, and even that wasn't too bad.
