only once the first flush but never again during flushing when i use the salts. it's gonna by my 9th.

altho i seem to get some pain the first week in between 2 weeks of flush, every second flush. hope i don't confuse you.

basically i get more pain in between flushes as i get toward the older rocks. i've seen hints of them but nothing big yet.

the pain is nothing bad and goes away either by itself or by taking 8 caps of Epsom Salts with one cup water. so don't let me scare you, i'm just being honest.

i think fear of pain is worst then pain itself ...most times anyway. just take the salts and you will be fine. Tweet
