Hello. A little bit about myself before I start. I'm 16 y/o female about 5'8" and 220 lbs (a decent...not all...amount in muscle mass). I'm not necessarily thinking about the Master-Cleanse because I'm chubby, but aside of being sqeeky clean, the weight loss would be fantastic. I have no real "goal" of how long I'm going to go...basically until my body tells me its time to stop. This is my first day, and I have not found any uniodized Sea Salt . I should be getting some in the next 2 days. I have mint tea....which I really cannot stand, but I will drink (hopefully it will grow on me). The lemonade is quite tasty...but I'm allergic to cayenne. Also, I have read about people having their Psoriasis flaring up, and I already have it in my scalp and a tiny spot on my elbow. My questions are: Is it okay not to use the cayenne, or will it not be as affective? I guess it's supposed to keep the mucus down, so are there any alternatives? Is it okay to go a couple days before I start the Sea Salt ? And has anyone had their Psoriasis act up on this...if so, what could I do? I would really appreciate replies to this.
