Re: I´m worry!
Are you saying you haven't had a bowel movement in 7 days? Was this while on the cleanse or when you came off? What have you been eating?
I just finished my 21st day of the cleanse and I had to resort to enemas frequently to keep things moving. Salt water and laxitive alone just wasn't enough to keep me regular. Because I was afraid I would get constipated I resorted to enemas.
One thing you need not do is panic (yet)...but you do need to take matters into hand ASAP. What I would do is an enema to get things moving again and clear out what may be impacted in there. Just start with a half a
quart of body temp FRESH water and implant it. Then massage your lower abdomen to break things up while lying inclined (head down) on your back. Hold it as long as you can before elimination. You should be drinking laxitive teas that will help you get the peristolic action going and futher help you to clean out. Do this with the enemas..maybe one every morning for a couple days. If you have returned to eating solid food then I would suggest you only be eating easily digested food for a few days until elimination occurs without artificial help. Stick to watermelon, apple sauce, stewed prunes and maybe warm vegetable broth. Others may disagree, but I wouldn't do any saltwater flushes. The reason is that if you have an impacted colon, you don't need to be dumping more stuff on top of it. Best way to get it broken free is a direct approach of an enema.
Good luck and keep us posted!
