I'd like to know this too, and...

I'm wondering if I read you correctly or not. Did you say your tongue WAS pink after 18 days, or it WAS NOT?

Mine never did go all the way pink, but the longest I did a cleanse was for 9 days a few months ago in March or so.

I did two cleanses within a month of each other -- the first for 7 days, then the 9-day one. The 2nd one was extremely hard for me, so I don't imagine it was the greatest idea to do them so close together. But I did lose all the weight I wanted to lose and it has stayed off and I feel great about having done them. I'd like to do another one for health's sake, but don't know how long I should really wait.
