Today was to be my seventh day on the MC.I was so dehydrated yet I drank pleanty of water (about 10+ cps. a day -it's my natural Air conditioner. This is more than half my body weight in oz). The more I drank this AM the thirstier I got! Anyhow, I'm planning on starting up again in a week or so and had a few questions.
Could anyone suggest a mineral and/or vitamin supplement? I feel that lack of this is what caused me to get so thirsty.
Also, I have gotten sick of the lemonade. I will tollerate it, but aside from mint tea I was wondering if anyone has sucessfully substituted something different?
