Not sure what working and grocery shopping has to do with anything but, im 18 and am a full time student, and i do work after school, and i do shop for myself somtimes, but since im still living home i do eat what my parents buy, but after i spoke to the doctor the first thing i did was go grocery shopping and buy tons of veggies, salads, fruits, im going on my own diet of natural foods.
Anyone about the spincter, the doctor also told me that actually being constapated for awhile could actually help the spincter tighten. I know that sounds weird but it makes sense, if the muscle is under pressure from the load in the bowels, that would actually make the mucsle stronger. But i know i cant afford to try this because being constapted is one is the last thing i need. Also there good be dozens of reason the muscle is weak. You can just be born with a weak muscle, or over the years things happen.
The reason im honestly thinking the sphincter is the problem is because from all the different people i spoke to, constapation wasnt always the problem. I talked to one guy that went on a regular basis and still had oder problems. Now the theory of the bowels being clogged and feces escapeing into the body would be false in that persons case. If there going often, then it is impossible and can not be the answer. Also im almost positive that the oder is coming from my anus, so the spincter would be a common sense answer.
Also let me give you an example of the spincter problem. If you sit down and go to the bathroom, and you have the feeling like you didnt pass the bowel movement totally, that could be the case. YOur iner spincter could have opened to release the stool, and it doesnt know when to close! I know myself that ill go the bathroom and like 10mins later its i have to go again but i cant. So im thinking the muscle isnt understanding when to open and when to close, or when it is needs to open and cant (that would cause constaption) and when it needs to close and cant(could cause bowel oders to escape)...
Final thing i have to say for now is that the doctor was very intrested in the fact that it took alot of toleit paper to wipe up. He found that intresting to the whole situation. Almost like stool was getting stuck or something on the way a.k.a "the spincter to fully close releasing all of the stool.
Some things to think about, also people eat hard greens they will firm the stool, and that should inturn make it easier for the body to pass the stool..
Ok gotta get back to the daily fight of life, good luck everyone!
