PTree- you're awesome!

I'm starting the Master-Cleanse Fast tomorrow and want to avoid laxative teas as well. PTree's posts gave me just the solution I need.

This may be a dumb question, but where do I purchase a plain water enema? Do I simply purchase an enema kit from the store and use it with plain or distilled water?
