Thanks so much.. I've taken 1 teaspoon of Epsom Salts in water, perhaps that wasn't enough. It was only about 10 minutes ago, but it hasn't had any effect yet.

When would you suggest I do the next flush?

Is it a good idea to do it during an attack?
